Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Post Sales Network Engineer who excels in Switching, Routing, and Firewall technologies. The perfect candidate will possess extensive knowledge in Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint, and Paloalto products. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying various network technologies and products, ensuring their successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing and configuring network solutions based on customer requirements.
- Troubleshooting and resolving network issues.
- Collaborating with teams to design and deploy network infrastructure.
- Providing technical support and training to customers.
- Testing new network technologies and products.
- Network design and documentation.
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Maintaining customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- CCNA certification required.
- Proficiency in Switching, Routing, and Firewall technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint, and Paloalto products.
- Familiarity with network protocols and complex architectures.
- Hands-on troubleshooting and performance optimization experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
- Additional certifications and a bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Occasional travel to client sites may be required.
- Proactive approach to learning and staying updated with network technologies.
