We are looking for a candidate to lead our software development team. The ideal candidate must be from a software development background and have years of hands-on development experience. Must also have significant experience in delivering enterprise software development project(s). 

We are looking for candidates who understand data governance and provenance since and workflow automation will be the best fit 

Job Requirements

• Lead the creation of our software development approach, guidelines, and general frameworks, ensuring we are developing for both speed, scale, and security, making the right technology investments, trade-offs, and implementation decisions.
• Provide advice and strategic guidance to R&D teams to help shape their design choices to balance the critical needs for speed-to-market and scalability.
• Work with technical and business leadership to gain a detailed understanding of our target markets, key revenue opportunities, and upcoming products.
• Collaborate and strategize with our Chief Architect to convert our technical strategy to production-quality code that serves the purpose.
• Work with CTO, Chief Architect, and CIO to design and implement a security posture that enables innovative engineering solutions while protecting our valuable data.
• Build, train, and develop an agile team of high-performing developers and engineers that can deliver hardened, scalable software at speed.

Qualifications

At least 8-12 Years’ experience in following relevant task

• A successful track record working as an engineering leader across multiple teams.
• Experience working with consumer-facing digital products.Proven skills in working with microservice architecture.
• Strong programming skills with a proven track record of working as a programmer early in the career.
• A clear understanding of software engineering best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile software development workflows.
• In-depth knowledge of DevOps, including CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code, and application security.
• Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex systems and data.
• Experience providing project visibility to senior management.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of the distributed systems.

Job Requirements

• Experience in  Laravel and/or Node.js framework. 
• Experience in Vue.js and/or React.js Framework 

• Experience in microservice architecture. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent database knowledge in both NoSQL and Relational Database (MySQL, PostgreSQL). 
• Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience of OOP. 
• At least 4-5 Years experience in relevant task

Job Requirements

• Hardware troubleshooting for servers and have clear concepts regarding the server motherboard, processor, memory, RAID controller, HDD, PSU, NIC, etc.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience as a system engineer comprised of server and storage.
• Must have expertise in Dell/ HPE x86 servers, and the experience in RISC servers will add additional value.
• Sound knowledge regarding enterprise-grade storage and hands-on experience in storage (Dell/ HPE) deployment.
• OS and virtualization level understating is a must need.

Responsibilities

• Need to design/redesign the User Interface, wireframe, landing pages for Webs & mobile applications.
• Working for the design placement or adjustment as per the feedback from site or app users and ensure the implementation of a complete design for different phases of development to make a usable product.
• Designing creative promotional content time-to-time.
• Gathering design & development requirements/ideas from various clients’ sources, and converting them into technical requirements for further development.
• Coordinating with cross-team members for design implementation.
• Maintaining/updating time to time to Project Lead for tasks’ validations.
• Support/collaborate with the development team.
• Testing the prototype/ final products & analyzing the performance & usabilities based on User Experience Research.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor / Master in any discipline. Education on any designing-related subject will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities

• Designing network and data center infrastructure diagram by Microsoft Visio.
• Preparing solution write up, customer presentation depending on the customer requirement of their IT infrastructure.
• Becoming a part to meet the OEM certification on different verticals of solutions.
• Gathering knowledge and present it on the different fields of data center active part infrastructure (Server, Storage, Network, Firewall, Switch, Load balancer, WAF, DDoS protection, Data Backup/ restore, SAN infrastructure, Virtualization, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure etc.)
• Working with research and development team to adopt new technology and preach it to internal/ external stake holders.

NB: After successful completion of three months’ internship the candidate will get the offer to join as System Engineer (Trainee).

Academic Qualification

• B.Sc. in EEE/ CSE/ IT/ ETE/ Applied Physics (Minimum 4 years) from reputed public or private university of Bangladesh or abroad.
• CCNA/ MCSA Course will give extra advantages.
