Account Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our Sales department. An Account Manager will be responsible for managing the relationships with the company’s clients in the financial sector, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the services provided.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the company’s clients in the financial sector
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the services provided
- Work closely with the company’s technical team to ensure that clients’ IT needs are being met
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status of their IT projects and initiatives
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT services to existing clients
- Work with the company’s sales team to develop proposals and pitch IT services to prospective clients
- Monitor client satisfaction and take corrective action as needed to ensure ongoing satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on the latest IT systems and technologies and provide recommendations to clients as appropriate
We’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management in the financial sector
- Strong understanding of IT systems and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients
